NSV: Added a new grain to my diet – cooked up a bunch of pearl millet in the steamer. Yum yum yum. Why have I been eating only rice, potatoes, bread, tortillas and pasta my whole life when there are these fabulous grains available that are much more nutritious and a lot more tasty? Mind-boggling.

NSV #2: I actually have not eaten pasta in… I don’t know how long? Months… Thought about this today while I was trying to decide which new grain I was going to try and saw the neglected boxes of pasta in the cupboard.
